Check fuel flow after filter, with the weather as it is i have had two complete non starts this week one was a volvo D5 and the other a peugeot both had completely clogged filters with minimal flow, the fuel pump relay on bmw vehicles are quite poor so do check as mentioned that the pump/pumps do actually run they can be quite intermittent, hope this helps Andy
