The reason being is that are you giving your customer the best service, in charging them for something that they should be getting for free.
Also You could be letting yourself in for the age old line of "it must be what your guy has done" should you start the job and then it ends going back to the dealer in the long run.
I hope that I am not telling you how to run your business, it's just that I have been there before.
