There has been some recent debate about the pre requisite for suitable fuel pressure development, before the PCM will commence with injection.

I must admit that I "took it as read" that most systems will not initiate injection until a minimum pressure threshold has been crossed.

Can you confirm if this is the case for all or most systems?
