Van broke down after 5 minutes driving, A.A. unplugged lots of multi plugs. Pulled codes p0122 & p0215. Got rid off P0122, A.A. had wound throttle pot on elongated slots, put it back. SPI gives P0215 power relay,cross referencing on the Gendan site says Fuel shut off soleniod. When van starts it has heavy diesel knock, glow, MIL, handbrake and battery lights come on 1 second before cutting out.Sometimes glow light comes back on after starting. When we do manage to rev it up the tacho is up and down like a yo yo. Whilst engine off, after a few minutes the control unit next to ECU and soleniods in pump starting clicking.
We have cleaned bad earths behind n/s H/Lamp.
cannot find location for Power Relay(unlessit is the one next to ECU). And have no wiring diagrams.
Techy has been trying to get hold of RMIF helpline(Mototek)who would normally fax info, but they are not answering.Has anyone had similar, got any info to help?
