Bit basic but worth a mention
This came in just over a week ago with the auxiliary drive belt tensioner broken off. We replaced the tensioner and bolt
Came back in yesterday with the tensioner bolt broken (sheared)
On further investigation found the alternator pulley had seized causing undue stress on the tensioner
Replace alternator pulley
