the judge's reasoning is lame, and I still think Tech should be embarrassed*
 Previous Message local judges have way too much power in these instances  Previous Message I realize colleges are now mostly shameless in pursuit of money and success. But TT's effort to keep the QB who has admitted that he repeatedly gambled on sports, including football, is absurd. Tech should have kicked him off the team and left it at that. I suppose it's a bit hard for greedy schools and networks to say no, considering I get pop-up ads for gambling on prop bets while watching games. And of course it's funny how the loss of the QB changes the betting line on TT's chances to win its league.
