The money DID come from the company recognizing the work that they did, whether the immigrant expected the money or not. The bottom line is that these workers are contributing to higher taxes and increased Federal debt. the company paid in, the worker never had the expectation of the benefit. Like I said before it's not like the worker expected the check to say 750. They expected it to say 500 and it did. the rest is just accounting.
