my ignorance underlying this conspiracy theory, but my understanding of this issue is that it deals with Medicare or Medicaid reimbursement for illegals. The conspiracy theorist in me thinks that there are major hospital systems in places like California, NYC, Chicago, Phoenix, etc. that will be stricken with untold financial hardship if there isn't some sort of gravy train from Uncle Sugar to the hospitals for these costs and that's why the issue is so big.

The Democrats could never fucking admit this, of course, because to admit it would be to admit that the number of illegals is far higher than ever reported and their major accretion to US GDP is a total farce created by the media. If my conspiracy theory is correct, and I of course think it is, I don't really know the answer to this impasse short of getting the Democrats to admit the problem in writing and then allowing ICE outposts in emergency rooms in exchange for funding.

I mean, if you stop and think about it using modern leftist ideology that's really the only humanitarian solution. We all know that the US is literally the worst country ever and that it is run by a fascist and chock full of racists. It's just a bad place generally. And add to that the fact that Michael Moore conclusively proved how much better health care was in Cuba than the US. So wouldn't we technically be doing Guadalupe a favor by stabilizing her condition at the ER and then getting her on the first bus back home so she doesn't get stuck navigating our terrible healthcare system and living in our terrible country?
