If you asked them about compensation packages for experienced teachers, what would they guess?

About the only ones you ever read about is starting teachers, or those in rural areas. Neither of which is relevant to the salaries and benefits - don't forget full retirement in your 50s - of senior teachers in places like mine.  Previous Message Pay is largely dependent on location and district. But I recently found a listing of teachers salaries and 2 of my friend’s wives are making almost 40k more than me despite working 9 months a year. And having a generous pension. And great health insurance. I don’t think they’re all underpaid and I know a lot of them work hard.  Previous Message looks like it is going to pass. will be a tie and then johnson will cast the tie breaker.
