I'm sure someone will have a go at me for this rant but.

As most of you know I live in north Notts. Going to the games is an expensive day out. My grandson has got the Latics bug I'm pleased to say. He hasn't followed the sheep and supported the top of the PL of any given day. So he has started coming, and my daughter has started coming again. So three tickets, fuel, 20 quid at the burger bar, and parking. You are looking at about a hundred quid.

So we aren't going to make the play offs, the footy is dull, I'm basically coming to watch a game of footy. If Mellon stays how much money do I spaff away just watching a game of football?

I want to see progress, I don't mind getting beat if we play like we can. But his dull predictable, defensive trash he refuses to deviate from, and we lose, well.

If I just want to see a two teams playing for nothing, Retford FC is a mile down the road, Retford Utd is a couple of miles. Gainsboro' about 10. But I don't. I want my grandson to stick with them I want to see them playing to win under Mellon, that isn't happening.

So why other the Latics being my team, do I spend that money when the manager doesn't seem that bothered. And won't change what isn't working.
