I also think our players are not miles behind other teams in this league, but I look for overall progress and ask the question, are the players progressing...is MM progressing us as a squad?
I don't see it.

MM had us finishing 10th and 5th in an egg n spoon league and we had a huge stroke of luck and scraped home in the final against Southend who are not even currently in the playoff spots in the league below.
I think the manager has run his course and there are several reasons to get rid of MM now.
1/ poor results
2/ no progress
3/ horrid football
4/ the crowds will dwindle, which we have to avoid at all costs.

He will keep us up but I think the majority of fans would want some new ideas now.
