A guy used to walk through the Chaddy End in the second half selling papers, he would be shouting out "Half time scores, 3.30 winners".
Not sure what the paper was, did the Green Final have an early edition?
Had the Green Final delivered but had to queue up at the newsagents at about 6.00 pm for the Football Pink, both great reads as was Ken Bates original Boundary Bulletin.
