I don’t know why but Graham Bell always reminds me of midweek games at home against Burnley in the late 70’s ..he was always up against the great Peter Noble and they had the Fearsome Steve Kindon up front ….i can smell the liniment now as the players come running out !! Great days !! Can anyone recall if the players from that era warmed up on the pitch beforehand or just came running out after a couple of embassy regals and a quick tipple ??
