Lj makes a couple of valid points, how many goals would he get with better service and can he improve a bit more. I think he loves it here and maybe that pull might just sway his decision to stay if it comes to it.
I don’t think he owes the club anything, and what a shame it would be to see another character of the game disappear from BP. I wouldn’t go as far as to say we would lose fans but he gets the crowd on their feet and we love him.
Offer him a fair, sensible, deal within the budget, that’s all you can do.
