Can’t fault Fondop at all, he made the most of his opportunity, had a brilliant season and without his contributions we’d have been nowhere near League 2. However, if we want to progress in the division above then the reality is that we will need better!

There is no room for sentiment in football and If Norwood & Garner had been fit he wouldn’t have got a sniff.

There is definitely a need for a Fondop type and I would love him to sign a contract but it would only be as a reliable squad player!
