It is difficult to position some brands,such as National,Park Row,Lincoln, Sager, Postal, Onoto,Moore, Mentmore,Summit ,yada yada yada as first, second or third tier. For instance is today's Sheaffer,once a first tier company ,now at best is it second tier..or is it dipping to third...or still first?
