    I'm basing it on the fact that Scotland sit in 8th place of the 3rd place table having played 3 games. Only the top 8 go through so if just one team goes above them in that table then Scotland will be heading home. Below them sit Belgium on 2 points already with a better goal difference. Hence if just Belgium get a point in their final game against New Zealand then Scotland will be coming home. I use Belgium as an example as they are the team which are probably most underperforming and therefore probably going to win. Yes other teams could get results too that send Scotland home, but Belgium is the stand out nation.
