Out of that 11, my personal opinion is Chong and Mengi should be moved on. We've enough centre backs and Chong contributes nothing. Ever.
Ade is out all season. We can't include him in the numbers. I would even say Nakamba should be included in that. We can't keep expecting permanent crocks to contribute. Probably chuck Brown in there also.
Oddofin was signed injured. So no surprises there. And if Wells can only play in every other game, well then questions again need to be asked.
The others, granted, are unfortunate.
But we've a lot of historic transfer duds hanging around our necks and weighing us down. And probably taking a hell of a lot of cash out the club on a monthly basis in the process.
I'm beginning to think it would be better to start talking to some about paying up their contracts. Nakamba has no resale value anyway. So what's the point if he just wastes a squad place all season nursing his knee in between Zimbabwe games?
