It should not be too difficult to get in sufficient specialist players into the squad to play the Manager's preferred formation. Neither should it be too difficult to identify where there are glaring anomalies in the squad make up

Yes, it is only 3 games in and there are still 2 weeks until the window closes, but how many games between now and then? We went down last season because we dillied and dallied, 1 more point would have saved us. Let's hope that points dropped now with our unbalanced squad don't result in missing out on promotion/play offs by 1 point.
