Agreed to an extent, but why on earth are we in that position?

I’m not saying it’s an easy job for him to stop the rot and turn us into a decent team again, I just hope he’s going to be a leader like NJ was and grab things by the scruff of the neck. The fear in GS appointing another ‘yes’ man is that he fails to put his stamp on things and gets swayed by others.
