The main advice - which it sounds like you’re following - is to be sensible. Don’t panic and crash diet, as that doesn’t work. Replace the obvious junk food, do exercise if you can and you should be ok.
If sweet treats are a weakness, I’d recommend Oppo or Halo Top ice-cream, very low in calories and sugars. Lentil crisps rather than regular crisps.
Everyone is different, but you’ll hopefully find a way that works for you.
