Hello Tom R., Do you use a MEC 600 jr or a MEC 700 or PW 375 or other type of reloading tool with just one drop tube ??? If so that is why you have had a few under loads but never an over load. The stuck powder inside the drop tube gets put in with the shot on single stage reloading tools. MEC 600 jr, MEC 700 and PW 375 reloading tools are the most forgiving reloading tools made, aka, the safest reloading tools. Jent
