Like Dave Miles pointed out, the electric or gas clothes dryer sheets cut in thirds and hung in the MEC powder bottle SHOULD stop the sticking powder problem. Some other reloading friends of mine pointed out that the after market MEC powder baffles help stop the sticking powder problem. The sticking FLAKE type powder problem is greatest in areas prone to high static electricity. I have personally seen a Parker get its chamber bulged when using flake type powder and this occurred in Denver, Colorado. This most likely occurred due to powder sticking in the drop tube, due to static electricity, and then all of a sudden it shook loose and more powder than desired came down in to this one 12 gauge shell. This can only occur on reloading tools that have separate drop tubes for the powder and shot, like progressive reloading tools. Good Shooting To You, Jent
