David, I can't give your the cost of British proof yet-I haven't gotten the bill. The process of sending the gun, customs, USPS(others won't touch it), was a several day event. Then when the gun hit England, someone along the way had removed all three outside forms. the gun then ended up in British Customs impound. fortunately I had put duplicates of everything inside with the gun so they knew to contact me. Then I had to FAX copies of everything to Nigel Teague and British Customs. This took another 3-4 weeks to get things worked out. By then I was challenged to see it through, but as you can see, it still is not back, nor do I have the bill. BILL
