I am wondering if the Henry you are looking for is the one who is in Australia, as Henry who married Anna Maria was a baker, why would he not do that in Australia?
Henry the sailor could easily have "jumped ship", he must have left the impregnable and gone to another ship, the records at kew should show his career, and when on leave, could easily done a disappearing act, off on the Scottish Hero to Australia. when he did not return from leave would have been awol, and unless he came back, which did not happen, he would be forgotten.
The names of his sons in Australia could be after his grandfather, his father and his brother, with the second name of his eldest being after his wifes grandfather/father. Would be useful to get the names of the daughters to see if his mothers name was used.
