Eminence grise
Nellie, I am referring the Commonwealth as a whole - all the independent countries that acknowledge The Queen as their Head. The Sovereign is the unifying symbol and the Coronation acts as a focus moment for that. In countries such as India, Pakistan and Malaysia, which are not of the Christian Faith, a coronation at Westminster sets apart and inaugurates their common Head.
If one is logical, suggesting that Scotland must have its own coronation is like suggesting marrying in England, emigrating to Canada and having to get married all over again. Likewise, suggesting Scotland should have its own coronation negates the Sovereign as the living embodiment of unity, not division.
