WCCQ was established so you are right the #'s seem to be better, they added people on. WXLC is still shock it is gone for longtime loyal listeners. The base of Country listeners in that are is also less than WCCQ.

Bottom line? If Alpha had dollars they could take on the 102.3 repeater and a few other signals and clump together something that can actually be heard in Chicago"land".
