They don't position it fully as a "Chicago" station. "Chicagoland" At least not in the imaging. They mention specific cities and regions outside of Chicago proper. Kenosha for example they frequently mention in 102.3's imaging. It's a full simulcast of music and airstaff, but the liners and stopsets are different.

I'm not really surprised the numbers, particularly with WXLC are not higher. That area is oversaturated with Country between WUSN, WMIL (Reaches northern Lake County) and WVTY, which does have listeners in that area. If you put Kenosha County into the mix, even moreso.

WCCQ seems to be performing very slightly better than before.
