For a Valpo station to be pulling a 1 share, 2 months in a row, not covering 80% of the rated market indicates: a) Country is on an upswing again b) The FREE venture is not performing as it should be when it is positioning as a CHICAGO station, it is not marketing or selling as a rural Class A.

It is also not on a whim that the parent company of WLJE decided to resubscribe to the numbers. They dropped it a while ago.
