Don't know if you have this figured out or not. Been busy and haven't read this forum. My thought is now that you have the timing 180 degrees out. You didn't say you have removed the distributor or the timing belt, but what you have done seems to me that you are getting spark, getting fuel, have compression... then the timing is off. I've installed timing belts (when they broke and I didn't know where things were [like the distributor]) and had all the timing marks lined up but the distributor was off 180 degrees. You may look at that. Put it on #1 TDC, and check to see if the rotor is pointing to #1. Just another thought.
