yup I called them to verify, guy on the other end said if it doesn't state REMAN or remanufacturered then it is new.

SO for $76 shipped i got a delco master and 2 new front brake hoses at a whopping $4.40 each. Threw a discount code in there too...

Now the 83+ master is $80 or $90 on there...
