I agree with you Mr. Smith. I know it's been in business for a long time. Back in my day it was actually a nicely kept Sinclar Service station.
If the city doesn't already have ordinances in place for outside storage of vehicles, they need one. This clown would probably have to be grandfathered in, but I would encourage our city to go after him every time they see a piece of paper on his lot.
Gary, it's my understanding that all work in the downtown is being paid for with TIF funds and that includes the new music center. Those funds are very rigid as to where they can be used.
It does sound like we are getting some new tenants in the Nameoki Commons Center which is good and the KMart building is moving forward now too.
