Mr. CEO worked his way into the position. The grill cook at McDonald's can do the same. The clerk at the hardware store can end up being a manger. The secretary can end up being a department head.
First, show up to work every day. Don't abuse leaves. Don't call off the day after pay day ever two weeks like many McD employees do. In other words, work your way up the corporate ladder.
Don't blame the haves because they took a harder path and made something of themselves and don't expect a guy like Jim Williams, McD franchisee to start driving a Volkswagon because his employees don't make as much as he does. It's bullshit!
