It seems like CEO pay can skyrocket and the price of the big Mac doesn't.
It's only when we have to pay people at the bottom of the scale that suddenly the cost of human labor is an issue.
It seems like there's a sincere desire on behalf of many to keep people down at the bottom.
Wages have not kept pace with prices.
It's nice to have this entitled generation of people whose dads could have made a career of a job at Sears Roebuck and then they themselves could have paid for college on the wages of slinging hamburgers and bagging groceries.
Costs have skyrocketed, wages haven't.
Reality check...human labor is much more valuable than $7.25 an hour.
Take it out of CEO pay, for some reason it has more than kept up with the cost of living. Imagine that.
No big deal if Mr. Richy needs another million dollar bump...but give a break to the guy on the line.... and it will be the ruin of the company! Oh the horror.
