Most people under the age of 30 will not relate to.
I was thinking about this earlier, younger people will never understand the lack of photographs pre-cell phone days. People didn't carry around a camera unless it was a special occasion.
Film was expensive so you didn't waste it, it was used sparingly. Also, the expense of having the film developed, and it seemed to take an eternity waiting for it. There was no such thing as instant gratification after clicking that shutter either, you had to wait to open that packet of developed film to realize you spoiled half your shots forgetting to turn the flash on, or having your finger in the picture!
Videos or home-made movies, don't get me started on the bulky monstrosity we had to balance on our shoulders (strap and all) a good 3 or 4 pounds of video camera, where the zoom feature was our best friend.
