Again, you'll be left with the bill, not just for all the bills Crook county doesn't have to pay any more, but also to pay for the medicaid and every expense.
I tend to think you'll find that you want Cook county paying their share of the bill....and God forbid if DuPage, Will, and Lake are part of this new state.
I don't know why you want to make them so much richer than they already are, but the folks up in Chicago really would love your way of thinking.
