Imagine Chicago not being strapped with the burden of the rest of the state. It's just a fact, as far as state expenditures... per $1...Chicago gets less than a dollar back...some southern IL counties get as much as $3 per dollar of taxes they spend. It's good that people from these beneficiary counties realize what they get from Crook and those collar counties, before mounting their secessionist movements. I'm too lazy to link the study...but if you need it...I'll find it again. IT was from the other SIU.
