welfare, school funding, redistribution of federal spending that costs the State nothing, wic coupons, school lunch programs and so on and so forth?
Next lets talk about how the lottery funds education.
Counting road spending, much of which is a mere redistribution of Federal tax dollars, as an example of the usual smoke and mirrors we have heard for so long. Naturally though the local elected Democrats continue to play this mantra and get re-elected too.
Some say will Illinois' voters ever wake up? I say they are fully awake and know where their welfare checks and food stamps come from.
