OP, Pontoon didn't flood while I was at MESD because we controlled the level of watershed. In the case of PB, that's Long Lake. I've stated this repeatedly because I know that you understand as a lawyer...If you tell a lie enough times, it becomes the truth in the eyes of the jury.
Maybe it would help if you would envision it this way...If Long Lake is over its banks, and there is a foot of water all over the village, does it really matter how new the pipes to drain the street above it are?
