I am not happy with paying the monthly service fee of $50.32 before even using one drop of water from your company. Water is life sustaining, therefore, it is not optional!
I don't understand why a customer would be burdened with a substantial increase in service charges simply because of an upgrade to maintain that service.
I've noticed no improvement. It still takes the same amount of time to fill up a 5 Gal. bucket. As far as more water coming into my household, equivalent to more water usage .. not happening. I'm am conserving more water now.
And, pray tell .. why would this larger flow meter have the impact of doubling the cost your company charges me for maintenance of fire hydrants along your water mains?
I am not a happy decades long customer, Illinois Ameerican Water.
