A vital member of the Nats bullpen will not be available the first two games of the series because he is out on paternity leave. I couldnt believe when i heard this. Can you imagine Jack Flaherty saying, sorry guys i cant pitch until game 5, im going on paternity leave. I know this is rather common during the regular season but how do you face your team mates with something like this? So now 60 year old Fernando Rodneys role expands in the Nats BP. I know some of you will agree with me, but you cant admit it, well, because its me and i support Trump. Ya, all things are political one way or another. I could see if his wife was having problems, but damn. They may not admit it, but some of his team mates will never trust him again. They added him at the trade deadline to help solidify an out of control BP and when the team needs him most, he bolts. People can deny deny deny all they want but if Paul Goldschimidt or Marcel Ozuna did this, many fans would be ticked off.
