It's okay to complain, especially after the church did the clean up. However, get your facts straight. Dave Williams is a park "director". One of your church leader volunteers is a "commissioner", elected by the people.
Maybe, instead of coming on here for the benefit of ten or so readers, you should ask Mr. Harris why the area has been left to return to it's previous state.
