    that the levee administration operated at a deficit and at the same time couldn't/wouldn't stop some of the routine flooding issues in the area. Now, with a new administration, the operation is no longer in a deficit and provides more and better services. Perhaps next election some new people need to be elected to work on this issue because things apparently are not working the way they are at the moment.
    Incedentally the Democrats, namely Hoffman and Hagnauer, are working on getting control of the levee administration again that, if history is a guide, will eliminate the progress that has been made.
    Next election think of your park that you worked so hard on to help improve the City and what happened afterwards. Electing the same individuals, as you can see, hasn't worked out so well.
    Just sayin...
