No doubt, its really pathetic watching these 40 year old half wits shooting off the rent money with commercial grade fireworks, just to get an atta boy from the other neighborhood half wits. The cops do come out, but they dont do anything, not that its their fault. Back in the day in Clinton County The Sheriff told the officers, the first time you drive by you give them a friendly warning, the second time a not so friendly warning and the third time you write them up for Disorderly Conduct. Nowadays the 25th time they warn them they still dont do anything. Once again, the officers do not decide policy with this, they have bosses to answer to. Im sure they hate this day almost as much as New Years Eve.
