Nothing is free.... unless you're a billionaire...then someone else is paying for your infrastructure, your tax breaks, your roads, your sewer hookups....all of it. If you're a billionaire, you can steal from municipalities...and then pay poverty wages and let the government pay for food and health care.
So why is it that the billionaires should get the benefits of socialism while the working and the poor carry the brunt of capitalism? What is it that prevents all from paying their fair share?
I don't know, I'm not that far progressive that I believe that it all should be 'free'.....but how University education got to be $50,000 cannot be dismissed either.
I don't believe University edcation should necessary be an entitlement. Of course, my entire outlook on education calls for an overhaul... I think there is so much waste on what government subsidizes, that I would hate to add university to the money pit.
Reform primary and secondary education, then I would be happy to speak Liz Warren's language. Until then...too many inefficiencies out there.
