It doesn't matter.
Because a Christian who lynches someone by the light of a lighted is NOT a Christian.
A Muslim who blows themselves up and takes people with him is NOT a Muslim.
That's the moral equivalency game I play.
If I were a really good liberal, I would say --- I don't like either of them...because all Christians and Muslims believe in this pie in the sky and commit acts of terror to achieve their own ends.
So I'm not a really good liberal at all, because I hold deeply to my faith....and that's why I"m also not a conservative... because I don't believe I can be a conservative and a Christian....and now the liberals want to kill babies.... I can't be a liberal and Christian either.
The whole thing with religion is that it can be manipulated.
People just want to hate on the Muslims without realizing Christians do the same thing. There is a lot of cherry picking of sacred texts to fit one's agenda. It is scary....usually the ones who try to buy air-time are the very nutbags that have some other agenda to get out there besides Jesus Christ.
The same goes with Muslims....they do the very same thing...mix politics with their religion and cherry pick quotes from their sacred text.
Frankly, I am not sure why Christian fundamentalists hate Muslims so much...when they are identical in every single way.
