The NYT can rest assured that over and over again every last American has now heard the news that not all Muslims are terrorists. Not all Muslims are terrorists, but all terrorists are Muslims, at least most all terrorists capable of assembling a murderous plot against this country thats leaves 3,000 people dead in under 2 hours. Ive never heard a Christian shout death to America while running from an explosive device that they had set off. When that becomes a thing then we can change the rules. Thomas Friedman (NYT) once wrote that our our only option to respond to terrorism is to become a less open society, or to simply learn to live with higher levels of risk. I suppose that is worth giving a whirl, but i have another solution. Its a little something i worked up the other day during the snow storm, i like to call it racial profiling. Things have actually been fairly calm for a while and maybe we have seen the last of the bombings and beheadings, but if not maybe the answer to fighting people that have no rules, that we coUld maybe become just a tad less PC.
