No doubt,unless someone complains. I remember after the last big flood that Nameokis response to almost every question was to say, "Ask the village." Then the village had a meeting and at least attempted to answer everyones questions. One guy went on and on and asked the same question about 15 times. I thought the Village politicians got a little annoyed a few times but they handled a bad situation the best that they could.
