I hope Helen has a secretary. because she sure sends a lot of letters. I agree with Helen that the trees and brush must not be allowed to impede the flow of water, but shouldnt that be a given that this should be kept up with? Dont get me wrong i for one am glad shes reminding people. As for politicians trying to build that resume, it is kind of sad to watch what some will do in order to pat themselves on the back. I dont see that changing anytime soon.
