I realize politics is a dirty game and I certainly understand how angry the democrats are right now. They're playing the same game that the GOP did during the last eight years.
But here's the thing the democrats have to be careful of when playing the spoiled child game.
1.) The GOP took more seats during President Obama's terms than any time in American history. Why? Because people who had democrat tendencies were tired of the lack of production and they shouted a big NO. 2.) When the GOP blocked President Obama's nominee for the court, they did so with a strong precedent that very seldom do court appointments get made in the final months of a President's term. Clearly that is not the case now. 3,) The democrats up for election in 2018 must realize that Trump and his followers changed the rules in November. Trump was vicious in his attacks on Bush, Cruiz, Rubio and Kussinich. But guess what? He won those states. Those democrats up for election in the mid term should take heed to that. A different group is following Trump than those who followed the typical GOP. 4.) This appointee has a great track record. He's even been endorsed by democrats before. Using the filibuster rule or one of these absurd boycotts won't work this time. The GOP senators, even though some don't like Trump, realize his followers are strong and will come after them in future elections if they don't grow a pair and do the job.
The dems are playing games with the cabinet appointments but they know every one of these appointments are going through. This is all in an attempt to discredit the President. People like Pelosi, Warren and others better come to grips that Hillary lost and they are a long way from retaking either house.
